Why I Do What I Do
Happiness is found in helping others. I truly experience immense satisfaction in serving others. If you've ever helped a neighbour who needed a second pair of hands or helped that person get across the street safely or bought a coffee for someone who couldn't afford it or listened to a friend who needed an ear...How did it make you feel?
Were you glad you could help? Did it fill you with energy? Did it lighten your step? Well, that's why I do what I do. Helping people buy and sell real estate is mostly about giving my time and experience and providing tools and solutions to help my clients make informed decisions with confidence and joy. And that's what really counts.
Building Blocks For Trust
As business professionals we always talk about building trust with our clients. It's a crucial requirement in sustaining a productive relationship. In our business interactions, we can usually, intuitively feel when trust is there or not. I believe the important factors or values in building and sustaining trust with my clients and colleagues are accountability, making me answerable and responsible; authenticity, by just being myself; dependability, means I can be counted on; leadership, providing people with the tools and solutions to succeed; caring, sincerely concerned and generosity, giving more than expected. I am a reflection of my relationships. I believe by serving those relationships, by building trust, it will serve me, my clients and colleagues well in the long run.
The Power of Giving Back
Volunteering is about giving, contributing and helping other individuals and the community. I've learned so much and met so many caring people who have brightened the lives of many, including mine.
